Bryan Ward, Attorney
Attorney Bryan Ward is a cum laude graduate of Marquette Law School, where he was a student of Martin Greenberg’s. Bryan joined the firm in 2013 and brings with him both private and in-house law experience, having practiced at a West Virginia law firm, and as a staff attorney for a Wisconsin-based healthcare system.
Bryan has cross-disciplinary experience in the areas of contract law, business law, healthcare law, sports law, and elder law. Bryan also serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem in Milwaukee County.
Bryan and Martin Greenberg have worked together for over five years. Beginning in 2009, the two began working together on an exhaustive contractual analysis of the non-relocation agreements for every team in Major League Baseball. After completing their research and analysis, they then co-authored a 131-page comprehensive law review article presenting the results of their contract analysis. The article was published in the Marquette Law Review: Non-Relocation Agreements in Major League Baseball: Comparison, Analysis, and Best Practice Clauses, 21 Marquette Sports Law Review 7 (2010).
