JILL DRAEGER

Jill Draeger graduated in 2003 from the University of Minnesota Law School cum laude and was on the Dean's list throughout law school.  While in law school, Draeger was both a Staff Member and an Articles Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Global Trade.  Draeger received the Articles Editor of the Year Award for 2002-2003.  She also published an article in that Journal entitled Perking Up the Coffee Industry Through Fair  Trade.

Draeger manages a wide variety of real estate litigation cases and appeals and has authored successful appellate briefs.  Draeger has become extremely proficient in drafting both circuit and appellate briefs, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, investigating cases, and consulting with clients and witnesses and retained experts.
