CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATION

CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SERVICES

The Law Office of Martin J. Greenberg, LLC provides both transactional and litigation services to condominium associations. The firm’s services include forming condominium associations, drafting original bylaws, drafting rules and regulations, and drafting unique amendments suited to our clients’ needs.

While our transactional work is highly accomplished, we are also experienced at handling the unfortunate disputes that occur when property rights are shared. We are experienced at collecting dues through litigation when necessary, and at addressing owner misconduct, including violations of the bylaws and outright criminal behavior. For newer buildings, our experience litigating construction defects provides us with in-depth knowledge of the legal remedies available to associations when faced with defects.

Because of our focus on Wisconsin real estate law, we have a keen understanding of the law related to condominiums which comes with in-depth study. Martin Greenberg taught real estate courses at the Marquette Law School for many years and has authored multiple publications on Wisconsin real estate law.  It is important to understand, however, that while the firm does have a strong grasp on the academics of Wisconsin real estate law, we do not approach our clients solely from this academic angle. We are acutely aware of the practical side of our practice and always seek to provide practical advice along with our presentation of legal alternatives. It is the combination of academic understanding and a practical approach that has led Milwaukee Magazine to name Martin Greenberg one the “Top Real Estate Lawyers in Milwaukee” on multiple occasions and that caused him to be named a 2009 “Leader in the Law” by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

We hope you will consider entrusting our firm with your association’s legal needs. Please contact us to learn more about our experience and our reasonable rates.
